(audio) Why should anyone believe in God? |
|
|
| There are numerous items throughout our communities which remind us of and point us to a Creator. The evidences for God are all around us- all we have to do is open our eyes. |

(video) What Happened to the Dinosaurs? (session from Waterloo Road) |
Genesis 1 |
|
| What happened to the dinosaurs? With over 160 published theories, you would think that we might not really know. But, is there any help in scripture that could provide a clue? Is it possible that man and dinosaurs lived together? Did the dinosaurs really live millions of years in the past? Watch to find answers to all these questions and more! |

(video) Flood Analogy |
Genesis 6-8 |
|
| When we observe a rock or fossil it is simply just that - a rock or a fossil. If we are to make statements pertaining to the former life of an organism or about how it died, then we are making an interpretation at that point. As you know, where there is one interpretation, there are multiple interpretations! When it comes to the rock layers and fossils, which interpretation makes the most sense? Is it a Darwinian one of slow and gradual processes? Could it be that the Biblical interpretation is better suited as our launching point as it includes a global catastrophe? Let's be critical thinkers while taking a fresh look at the fossil record. |

(video) Probability of Darwinian Evolution |
Genesis 1 |
|
| What are the odds that a single-cell organism could come into existence all by itself? If Darwinian evolution is true, then the first living organism that would have come into being all on its own would have been single-celled. Even single-celled life such as a bacterium is incredibly complex. The odds are much better that you could get a perfectly working house with doors, windows, and appliances from blowing up a stack of wood than for a single-celled organism to come into existence all on its own. |

(video) Evolution - it doesn't take a Ph.D. from Waterloo Road sessions |
Genesis 1 |
|
| Mutations and Natural Selection are supposed to be the mechanisms of evolution. But what do we actually observe these two items doing in biology? Can they really change bacteria into humans over billions of years? This session explores what scientists actually have to say about mutations and natural selection. |

(audio) DNA and Airplanes - both have to have a designer |
Genesis 1 |
|
| Can a manual on how to build an airplane come into existence all by itself? Of course not. It is impossible. Yet our cells contain tiny manuals far more complex than any aircraft or space-shuttle ever invented. Where did our highly complex DNA manual from? If the airplane manual cannot write itself, then certainly our DNA manual cannot write itself! |
